2008 Fall Associate Biographies

Eric Bacaj
Fall Law Clerk

Eric Bacaj is a Law Clerk in the Washington, DC Office of Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP.

Mr. Bacaj is a member of the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law Class of 2010. During law school, he has worked with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, assisting with misdemeanor cases. He is also a member of the National Trial Team and a volunteer in the Street Law program, teaching local high school students about the basics of the law.

Mr. Bacaj graduated from Denison University in 2007.  Over the course of his undergraduate career, he was a member and president of the Denison chapter of the Sigma Chi fraternity, participated in Moot Court, and played on the varsity football team.  Among his interests are running, playing the guitar, and reading.

Benjamin Lee is a Law Clerk in the Washington, DC office of Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP.

Ben is a second-year student at American University, Washington College of Law. During his first year at American, he was a law clerk at a leading whistleblower law firm representing government and private sector employees retaliated against by their employers.  Prior to beginning law school, Ben started and managed his own investment club, and volunteered in a community effort to defend a historic neighborhood from being destroyed.

Ben graduated from University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Kathryn Moss
Fall Law Clerk

Kathryn Moss is a Law Clerk in the Washington, DC office of Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP.

Ms. Moss is a member of the George Washington Law School Class of 2009 and a cum laude graduate of Georgetown University. Before attending law school, Ms. Moss received a Master’s Degree in Political Science from George Mason University and worked for a member of Congress.  In law school, she has interned in D.C. Superior Court and at Ayuda, Inc., where she has worked with family law and immigration issues.
