Sanford Wittels & Heisler offers a one-year litigation fellowship. Fellows participate in all aspects of SWH’s practice, gaining invaluable experience in litigation. During the fellow’s year, SWH’s partners and Senior Litigation Counsel work closely with the fellow to help them develop their skills. The fellowship pays $70,000, plus benefits.
We cannot guarantee a permanent position to our fellows, although many have been able to stay with the firm beyond their fellowship year. Fellows who are not currently with SWH go on to excellent careers elsewhere; a former fellow now works with the Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division, while another is working for a national women’s rights organization.
Our 2010 Fellow has already been selected. We will begin the selection process for our 2011 fellow in October of 2010. Please check back then for more details.
