Felicia M. Medina is an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Sanford, Wittels & Heisler, LLP. Ms. Medina received her law degree from Yale University in 2006.

Ms. Medina received her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Southern California (B.A. summa cum laude, Political Science, International Relations - 2000). During her time at Yale, Ms. Medina served as an Editor for the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism. She also served as a Student Supervisor for the Community Lawyering Clinic at the Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization. Additionally, she was the Director of WYSE, a high school mentoring program, and was an active member in the Latino Law Students Association.

Prior to joining Sanford, Ms. Medina worked for Morrison & Foerster LLP in the securities litigation and employment & labor practice groups.Ê She was an officer and a board member of the Tom Homann Law Association, an LGBT lawyers organization, and was a regular volunteer attorney at a girls rehabilitation facility and a homeless rights project.

Ms. Medina has also worked in the political consulting field and was a public school teacher in Fresno, California, her hometown.

Ms. Medina is admitted to practice in California. She is practicing under the supervision of David Sanford, a member of the DC bar, while her application to the DC bar is pending.
