Jillian Tattersall is an Associate in the New York office of Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP. Ms. Tattersall received her law degree from Harvard University in 2002.

Prior to joining Sanford Wittels & Heisler, LLP, Ms. Tattersall was as an attorney at The Law Office of Noah A. Kinigstein, where she advocated on behalf of individuals in complex criminal and civil rights litigation. She also served as a judicial law clerk for Federal Magistrate Judges Thomas M. Blewitt, Malachy E. Mannion, and J. Andrew Smyser in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. During law school, Ms. Tattersall served as the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard BlackLetter Law Journal which focuses on legal issues related to race, class, gender, and sexual identity.

Ms. Tattersall graduated from Harvard Law School and The George Washington University. She is admitted to practice law in New York.
