I was blessed with a rare combination of professionalism, intelligence, timeliness, and HEART in my legal team. One hears so much negative about the process of a lawsuit. Is it worth the hassle? the time and trouble? the pain and suffering? the personal affront of depositions and a possible trial? the inherent scariness of exposing the personal,hurtful truths to the light of a lawsuit?
